Our call centre marketing channel is a relatively new product from Olico that is showing some great potential. In the past three months it has grown from generating 3000 leads per month to over 30 000 leads per month for a number of products, including loans, funeral, legal, medical and life insurance.
What excites us most about this new channel is that it is POPI proof and allows for less reliance on SMS. It’s also very cost effective and sustainable, as it significantly reduces marketing acquisition costs.
How does it work:
- Olico speaks to consumers for many different reasons, including completing loan applications, interacting with our web properties, and email marketing
- Smart algorithms allow for targeting the right demographics for the right product (age, income, region, cars, homes, credit score, etc.)
- Through unique scripting we are able to introduce the right product for the right consumer
- We generate the lead and pass it on to your call centre via an API in real time
It’s that simple, and it’s extremely scalable in the Olico environment. Our plan is to grow this channel 50% month on month.
